TRANSPORTATION
There is a "Fly away" shuttle to/from LAX to Union Station for $7: http://www.lawa.org/popup.aspx?id=304. Then you can take the subway or a taxi to the hotel if you do not want to rent a car. It is an 11 minute commute from Union Station to The Standard Hotel if you are going to public transport route. You take the Union Station (metro red line towards North Hollywood), get off at the 7th Street Metro Center Station and walk 3 minutes to the hotel. Metro $2.45.
We have a shuttle going between the Church, The Standard, and Milner Hotel on the wedding day. We will also have the shuttle going from Union Station back to the hotel on the wedding night.
PARKING INFORMATION:
If you are driving car, parking at The Standard is $30 per day OR there are lots nearby that are less expensive. Parking at Union Station is $14 for the lot right next to the reception and $6 to the MTA garage 2 minutes (walk) further. You will be walking from Union Station/MTA Parking to the Church (5-7 minutes away).
From Ceremony to Reception:
If possible, we suggest that you park once and walk from one site to the other. It is a short 2-3 minute walk from the Church to Union Station.
